Information duty service act

2. Every liability of the office and its lawyers is limited to the amount which is covered by the applicable liability insurance of the firm. The insurance contract is concluded with Amlin Corporate Insurance. Compensation for damage caused by the non-fulfilment of a contractual obligation arising from the collaboration shall, within the legal limits, be governed exclusively by the rules of contract law, even if the event giving rise to the damage also constitutes a tortious act. The non-fulfilment of a contractual obligation shall, within the limits of the law, give rise exclusively to a contractual liability claim against the contractually liable party. The injured party may therefore not bring a non-contractual liability claim, even if the cause of the damage can also be considered a tort. Each party therefore waives all claims based on the legal provisions on non-contractual liability against all auxiliary persons, including the (delegated) directors, employees, self-employed collaborators, interns, etc. of the other parties with regard to the repair of damage caused by the non-fulfilment of a contractual obligation arising from the collaboration. In accordance with the legal provisions, this exclusion does not apply to intentional errors and errors that affect the life or physical integrity of a person.
3. Our invoices are payable within 14 days after the invoice date. In case of non-payment within this term, interest (legal foreseen percentage) will be due on the amount of the invoice as from the due date, without any further notification. Also a forfeited compensation of 10% of the amount of the invoice, with a minimum of 50.00 EUR, will be due without any notification.
4. Our lawyers are registered with the Bar of Leuven and subject to the rules of the Flemish and National bar, which can be consulted on the following link www.advocaat.be and www.balieleuven.be.
5. Pragmalegis lawyers is not a part of a multidisciplinary activity and/or multidisciplinary partnerships.
